Angel's Quarter Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Angel's Quarter's direct booking site and related properties collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information created when you use the booking site, and information we receive from booking, payment, property-management, analytics, and support providers.
- Contact and guest details, such as name, email address, phone number, and optional notes you enter during checkout or when asking for help.
- Stay and reservation details, such as selected property, stay dates, guest count, rates, taxes, fees, promo codes, checkout intent status, booking reference, and related confirmation or support information.
- Payment setup information. Card entry is hosted by Stripe; we receive tokenized payment-method identifiers, setup metadata, provider status, and consent records, not full card numbers or card security codes.
- Site and device information, such as pages and listing cards viewed, booking funnel events, browser or device details, IP address, referring URLs, host names, UTM or channel parameters, and approximate interaction timestamps.
- Browser storage information, such as a temporary checkout draft saved in session storage so a checkout can survive a refresh.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- operate the booking site, show live availability and rates, prepare quotes, and complete or support booking requests;
- save guest details, tokenize payment methods, request reservations, confirm bookings, and prevent duplicate provider writes;
- send booking, payment, service, and support communications;
- maintain security, debug errors, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect guests, properties, Angel's Quarter, and providers;
- measure product usage with privacy-aware analytics, including hashed booking, listing, reservation, and brand identifiers where the analytics contract calls for them; and
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, insurance, and operational obligations.
Retention And Security
We keep personal information for as long as needed to operate the booking site, support and document reservations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, payment, chargeback, insurance, and operational requirements. Temporary checkout drafts stored in your browser remain there until the browser or you clear them.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes described in this policy.
Children
This booking site is intended for adults arranging travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of certain disclosures, or to appeal a privacy-rights decision. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, but some information may be necessary to complete or service a booking.
To make a privacy request, email privacy@brightwild.com. If your request relates to a confirmed reservation, include the booking reference and the email address used for the booking.
California Notice
California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive-information uses, opt out of sale or sharing, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. The categories of personal information we collect and disclose for business purposes are described above. We do not sell personal information and do not use this booking site to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
